Ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced thinly
- 2 kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 stalk lemongrass, cut into small pieces
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Red chili slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a shallow dish, marinate the cod fillets with fish sauce and lime juice for about 10 minutes.
2. Prepare a steamer by filling it with water and bringing it to a gentle boil.
3. Place the marinated cod fillets on a heatproof plate suitable for steaming.
4. Scatter the minced garlic, sliced ginger, torn kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass pieces over the cod fillets.
