Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ham, pre-cooked and sliced\n

- 2 tablespoons sake\n
- 2 tablespoons mirin\n
- 1 tablespoon sugar\n
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed\n
- 2 tablespoons butter\n
- 1/4 cup milk\n
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste (adjust to taste)\n
- Salt and pepper to taste\n
- Chopped chives for garnish\nInstructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, sake, mirin, and sugar until smooth.
3. Brush the miso glaze generously over the ham slices.
4. Place the glazed ham in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through and slightly caramelized.
5. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
6. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, wasabi paste, salt, and pepper.
7. Mash until smooth and creamy.
8. Serve the miso-glazed ham with a side of wasabi mashed potatoes.
9. Garnish with chopped chives.
