- 1 lb veal, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of one lemon
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Skewers
1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
2. Add the veal cubes to the marinade and mix well until all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated veal cubes onto skewers.
5. Grill the kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
