Ingredients:
- 1 whole turkey breast
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring it is well coated.
Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack in a baking dish.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
