- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey mustard mixture until well coated.
