4. Steam the cod over boiling water for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Carefully remove from the steamer and transfer to serving plates.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges on the side.
