- 1 pound beef sirloin
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- Shaved Parmesan cheese (optional)
1. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season the beef sirloin with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the beef and rub it in to coat evenly.
4. Grill the beef for about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
6. Arrange the arugula on a serving platter and top with sliced beef.
7. Scatter cherry tomatoes over the top and drizzle with lemon juice.
8. Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese if desired.
